MONSTERS 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation streams worldwide from January 21 on Netflix!, Trailer Released
The release date of the anime "MONSTERS 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation" based on the original work by Eiichiro Oda has been determined to be January 22 at 0:00. Additionally, a preview video featuring the main cast including Yoshimasa Hosoya and Kana Hanazawa has been released.
The role of the young wandering samurai, Ryuma, who seeks the "soul of a warrior," is played by Hosoya, who also portrayed the same role in the voice comic. Hanazawa voices Flare, a girl who rescues Ryuma, on the brink of starvation, after surviving a large dragon surprise attack on the town. The role of Cyrano, a top-notch swordsman who continues his journey to recover the stolen dragon horn flute, is played by Hiroki Higashiji. Mitsuo Mando takes on the role of D.R., a third-rate swordsman, and Katsuto Nomura has been cast as the Master. The preview video allows listeners to hear the voices of each character and captures Ryuma standing alone against a colossal dragon.
"MONSTERS 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation" is an anime adaptation of a short story drawn by a 19-year-old Eiichiro Oda before the serialization of "ONE PIECE." Directed and organized by Park Seong-ho, known for his work on the first season of "Jujutsu Kaisen" and the movie "Jujutsu Kaisen 0," the character design is handled by Takashi Kojima, known for "Flip Flappers" and "Heike Monogatari." The production is undertaken by E&H production. The anime will be exclusively streamed in Japan on Netflix and Prime Video for the fastest release.
